Have taken my laptop to this place several times. The last time was for a screen replacement. After the screen arrived, they installed it quickly and it works great. There have been many things go wrong with this computer in the past and they always call me before doing a repair. I'm glad to extend the life of this laptop. Horrible service and repair experience. After telling them I use my computer for everything, including TV and DVR purposes, they accepted my computer for repair. They fried my TV tuner card, costing me an additional $130 on top of their exorbitant repair fee of $330. I could have bought a whole new computer for that! They then responded to the BBB complaint stating they had no way to check video services for my computer before taking my money and releasing my computer to me for me to finish repairing.
