Douglas Rutan is a very hard worker and was able to assemble the entire playset in 6 1/2 hours! He is punctual and knows what he is doing! My family ordered a casket spray for my dad's funeral service and I can't even begin to describe how beautiful it was. We were so pleased. The spray was so fresh and the roses and lillies were the biggest and fullest I think I have ever seen. When you walked into the room he was in, the flowers were all you could smell. They were fantastic. We received more compliments on the arrangement than I can count. I have never been more disappointed in a business than with Rose City billiards. Not only did they not take care of our pool table, when delivered only one person came and brought the wrong pockets. They HAVE NEVER replied to us about this, NEVER tried to correct the mistake AND they applied the felt incorrectly (and took hours to do it). They just lied and are as far as I know may be out of business. I would love to find an address for Mr. Jack Rankin and give him one last chance to make this right. Not only were the pockets the wrong brand they were falling apart! The man setting everything up was just so assuring that all would be made right. Still waiting.
