My family ordered a casket spray for my dad's funeral service and I can't even begin to describe how beautiful it was. We were so pleased. The spray was so fresh and the roses and lillies were the biggest and fullest I think I have ever seen. When you walked into the room he was in, the flowers were all you could smell. They were fantastic. We received more compliments on the arrangement than I can count. Just by this one spray, Flowers by LouAnn has at least 5 new customers that will continue to use her shop throughout the years to come. Thank you so much for having that extra touch. Thank you again. Delivery man came to my work. On the card it said "Deliver to Chapel". Despite our buildings being marked he couldn't find who it went to. He mentioned contacting his shop and I offered him our phone. He replied: "I ain't calling YOU call." First off, these were from a patron of HIS company for someone ELSE. So who is he to give an attitude? Well, the woman on the phone was not any more polite. When I misheard her she sighed and snapped "NO! I said (name/name)." Finally, just to get this company out of my office I signed for them, read the card, walked next door and delivered them. Not only is it NOT my problem your company did not get enough information on who they are to be delivered to but you DO NOT have the right to be rude to me when I am only trying to help you.
