I had the best appliance service experience I had ever had prior and the best one could hope for. The receptionist was patient and kind in dealling with my problem. The service technician was most knowledgeable and friendly. I had not bought this appliance from them, but I will never buy appliance from any other business again. After buying a used deep fryer that they said had been tested and worked good, I got it installed and it would not work. I was advised that I could bring it back and they would look at it, but said for them to come to my location they would have to charge me to fix it. After spending almost 10k at this business I certainly expected them to come to me and make the deal right. But....this did not happen.... As long as you don't have any trouble these folks are happy to sell you stuff. But they sure don't want to make a deal good if it cost them anything....
