I've been going to this location for 2 years now and the pharmacy staff has always been pretty much indifferent every month I come in. This last time though was the final straw. The girl that checked me out was rude from the beginning. When I paid, I noticed that my prescription was double the usual price. She told me repeatedly that it was not her problem and that I needed to call the insurance company. I asked her to please make sure that insurance was applied. She rolled her eyes at me and said that of course insurance has been applied. I knew I was getting nowhere with her, so I paid and left. As soon as I got in the car, I called the insurance company only to find that insurance had Not been applied to my transaction and now a claim has to be filed to get my money back. The insurance company didn't understand why the pharmacy couldn't figure that part out and why the mistake had been made.
