I first visited William-James after finding them on Groupon, and after one visit, I switched to them permanently. James has a talent for looking at your hair type and face shape, and figuring out what would look best on you. He'll also give you a cut that is as low-maintenance as you'd like it to be. I just moved to Houston and wanted something new with my hair. I googled this place and go in that weekend. I went there and right when I walked in James new what I wanted and needed! I got the BEST haircut ever! He was so nice and amazing and his haircut is fabulous! A true artist and is able to see each person's hair as a new canvas! I love the hair cut very simple and elegant and is what exactly I wanted and needed! I love it and I love how it fits me! I will definitely go back! I have been a loyal customer of this salon since fall of 2008. Although a little pricey it was always well worth my biweekly trips for my pedicure and crystal nails. In June of this year management changed and so did all the technicians. I can no longer justify spending upwards of $60 for nails that are cracking, and peeling after 5 days..and bleeding and sore cuticles because they have been ravished by their files. I have given them multiple chances and seen multiple technicians....and the quality is just gone. I just wish someone would tell us where Jennifer went!
