24 hour maintence is a joke, let alone them ever maintaining anything, they don't fix anything, and they especially don't replace anything. the outside lights wires are a fire hazard, creepy weird people running around at night, staff entering your home without notice... even when you are at home asleep. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK... ever. The apartment manager is terrible, just downright mean and cut-throat. She DOES NOT care about you or anyone here but herself. I would not recommend Lakewood to anyone even if their prices are a little lower, its not worth living in this dump even at the prices they offer it at. Lots of crime at Lakewood, they let a lot of garbage in. As long as you flash them the money, they let you live here.
