I lived in The Oaks apartments for a couple of years, I never needed maintenance, had any complaints or any problems. When I did deal with anyone in the office Karly was always helpful and friendly (she typically is up front and always try and deal with her) The few times I was unable to talk with her I dealt with Christine ( she must feel threatened by Karly's beauty and try to overcompensate for that) She isn't a good person for customer service, she tends to take out things on you. Clarence Miller will do anything to use students for easy money. This company does not maintain any property to maximize profits. I asked them to fix a water leak. That was 30 days ago. Clarence sends his own son (the "plumber) to fix anything. He does a horrible job and leaves a huge mess. I haven't been able to use 1 bedroom and 2 closets for 30 days now. I asked for a discount on the rent...denied. So now my lawyers sending the request. DO NOT WORK WITH CLARENCE MILLER! He talks down to me like I am an idiot. Renters...you have rights!!! ...read more
