Zombies work here. No greeting, just "What do you want" I only left my suitcase here because this is the only authorized Samsonite repair center in hundreds of miles. I needed my Samsonite Suitcase zipper repaired. The rings attached to the zipper head broke off on one side so I could no longer use a padlock. The store did repair the rings but now it is smashed and the 2 zipper sides will not fit together. They took the suitcase into the back room and bent the metal so the zippers will fit together. So now the metal is stressed and may break again. I asked about a warranty and was told 30 days. No paperwork. I have to travel to England next month and I really don't trust their work. A little customer service attitude would have really helped the situation. They have none. = Zombies. ...read more

My regular shoe repairman recently passed away, and his business and his customers were given to San Antonio Shoe and Luggage Repair. I visited San Antonio Shoe and Luggage Repair to pick up my shoes as was told it would take another week or two to repair my shoes, since they were busy with the new business. I certainly understood this and said it was ok, and then the person behind the counter went on to say, "our paying customers come first" and "we have to eat the cost of the repairs form all these extra csutomers." I will not be bringing any of my shoes to these insenitive a*sholes in the future. A one star rating is too high for this business. And note to San Antonio Shoe and Luggage Repair: next time you are blessed with a whole bunch of new customers and a valuable increase in your business potential, THANK THEM for visiting your shop instead of telling them they they are taking up your precious time. ...read more

I could not believe the difference when I picked the up two days later. They looked brand spanking new! I don't recall the exact price, but it was in the mid $20s and much less than if I had bought a new pair. ...read more
