I hired Tim to paint several rooms in my home as well as replace 2 light fixtures, repair tape and float that was pulling away from the walls, replace 2 gates, replace the flooring in a couple of closets and touch up a few other things. He and his crew were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the paint job was slow and I did not feel adequate as the paint used peels off. When sanding the cabinet doors and drawers, no attempt was made to protect the contents of the cabinets and drawers. While sanding for the tape and float, no protective drapes were placed on my furniture resulting in fine white silt all over every surface of the house. It took hours to dust and clean it up. Though I asked that drapes be used the next day, the same mess was left. The job was bid to take 1 and 1/2 weeks, however it took 5 1/2 weeks. I paid 1/3 up front, 1/3 in the middle and the balance at the end. I paid the balance on a Thursday, was told Tim would come back the next day to pick up the discarded wood and left over trash. He did not show up on Friday. I texted him Saturday and was told his trailer got a flat, it would be Monday before he could get to it. On Monday, he did not call or show up. I called him Tuesday am, but my call went to voice mail, my call was not returned even though I left a message. Later in the day, my daughter called him and he gave several excuses but no resolution. I called him on Saturday and he said he would come by after a job to get it. Again, no show and no call. On Sunday evening, my daughter contacted him again. He said he will come by the following day. That is yet to be determined. After the kitchen cabinets were painted, they were hung upside down, after rehanging the kitchen cabinets, 2 of the hinges pulled out of the housing as they are now stripped. I asked that they be repaired on the Saturday call, but again, he failed to show up on Monday for either. I feel that once the balance was paid, they no longer have any interest in completing the job. One other frustration is that the painting quote was given and after the job started, I was asked if I wanted the doors and door frames painted as this is an additional charge that was not revealed in the initial quote. 05/15/2013 we requested a quote for our lawn to be mowed and asked them not to service the back yard. 05/16/2013 The lawn service company came and mowed our lawn and entered the back yard and killed over half the plants in our yard and garden. When I called them the first 2 times there was no answer. On the third call Gary McFadden answered and I confronted him and let him know how I was upset and expected him to replace the plants he destroyed because it took a lot of my time, effort and money on setting up our yard. He responded with saying it isn't his issue, that he has thousands of happy costumers and that he didn't make any money on our yard. After arguing with him and letting him know what he destroyed and how his men trashed my yard and didn't put any of the furniture back, he threatened me to come to my door and indicate a fight. ...read more

I called for a price on a headlight assembly, the woman answering the phone gave me a price of $15.00. I went and found the part after paying $1.00 ENTRY FEE and walked the long distance back to the cashiers booth where the guy tells me it costs $36.00 and something change. I WAS @#$#@ !!!
