I had a small project to be done in my 2nd bathroom. I was not asked anything about how I wanted it done or what kind of light fixture I wanted. Scheduling was a hassle and I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience. The tech came out did the job in like 15 minutes. I don't like the light fixture at all. It looks like it cost $5. I was made to feel as they were there to do the job the way they wanted it done. No quote, but when I asked if it was going to be over a certain amount, I got a response that that was the exact amount. Hmmm, weird. I'm pretty disappointed considering they had done a small project before and all was good. I will find another Electrical contractor, as I tried to contact the tech to see if they will fix the situation, but all I'm getting is ignored. ...read more
