Your customer service department is always prompt and courteous. I always wait for my car so appreciate how quickly the service is taken care of for me. My original dash settings had been changed, it was returned to be reset, but came back with two odometer settings. Why would I need two? My rep reset to my original settings. This was my 2017 MKZ.
