I spent $400 on an rc electric 4wd car right out of the box with a fully charged battery, it would run 5 mins and sputter N turn off. I took It back they so called fixed it and gave it back. I got home left it in the box overnight then opened it again same thing. They didn't fix it at all . i took it back with the original receipt. I spent way too much on it to be having these problems. The Manager Called me a liar, he ran the car a total of 2 mins and stated it was fine and he would not refund my money. I asked for another manager and was told he's the only one In store and that they wouldn't be refunding my money anyway. I left a note for the store manager, with the way that "on duty manager" was behaving I don't expect the note to reach the store manager. But I will not give up till they correct this matter and I get an apology from the manager for calling me A LIAR AND SAYING THE CAR IS FINE IT'S THE OPERATOR that's MALFUNCTIONING! AS WEEKLY CUSTOMERS WE'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND SPENT THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS. WE WILL NO LONGER SHOP HERE. Was getting ready to ship my PS3 of to one of those online repair places for $99 when I came across this site. Based on the reviews, decided to give them a call. So glad I did. Went in, gentleman told my system was problematic by design. He verified that my HDMI port was bad and said that it was not economically feasible to fix. Checked the AV port, did a system reset (even though the screen said my system was corrupt and could not be restored) and bam! Our system was up and running. Charged a very reasonable price for his time and diagnosis. Unfortunately, when we got home, it wasn't working so I called him and told him what was going on. He apologized profusely and we began trouble shooting over the phone. Turns out my new AV cable was bad as well. Got a new cable from Walmart and we are up and running at my house. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. He told me if the cord didn't work, to bring the system back in and he would have his techs get right on it. Because of his knowledge of the systems, the extra trip was not necessary. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with console issues. The title really can have two meanings seeing how we own a business that works around kids, but the way I am referring is being a mom and having a job. It's no news flash that is can be chellenging having a job and being a mother at the same time, but owning a business as your job, is a whole new category of OH MY GOSH WHAT HAVE I DONE! Luckily my sister and I have each other and two supportive husbands to lean on, but it can be difficult looking your little one in the face and telling them "mommy has to work". Especially when they have to come to work with you! Now you would think owning a children's play place that our kids would jump at the chance...but, much like having to eat out every night, you can get tired of it. We like to concider our children part owners in Wee World, after all it was them that inspired us in the first place. However I think they would prefer to be silent partners (absent too.) But I tell my children often, as does my sister, that at least we get to be together. After all, people say all the time they grow up too fast, what we sometime fail to understand is that they may get tired of us way before they grow up. ...read more
