The young lady that helped me at the Alamo Barber & Beauty Supply was very nice. I purchased a lot of murchadise there, but the next day I wanted to return some of the items , two Clippers that I never opened. The next day I went back and spoke with owner and she didn't refund my money, I went back Less than 24 hours and again I never Opened the Box. The Return Policy sucks!!!!! On the receipt it States that there is a 30 day Return Policy but the owner would not honor it? The 30 day Policy does not apply to any of the item in the store. I will never go back in that Store. GO TO SALLY'S OR ANY OTHER BEAUTY STORE. DO NOT GO TO ALAMO BARBER AND BEAUTY SUPPLY! ...read more

WARNING- stay away from this place! It has been a nightmare. From my experience the owner, Mary Hagood, is rude, uncaring, unethical, and unprofessional. I am a military spouse who relocated to another state and recently completed payment of more than $3800 on a contract for a custom product that the owner has refused to mail to me. She has taken advantage of my military status of being away from San Antonio., Texas. I have waited months to receive it and the owner refuses to take my calls. Take my advice or learn for yourself .
