The young lady that helped me at the Alamo Barber & Beauty Supply was very nice. I purchased a lot of murchadise there, but the next day I wanted to return some of the items , two Clippers that I never opened. The next day I went back and spoke with owner and she didn't refund my money, I went back Less than 24 hours and again I never Opened the Box. The Return Policy sucks!!!!! On the receipt it States that there is a 30 day Return Policy but the owner would not honor it? The 30 day Policy does not apply to any of the item in the store. I will never go back in that Store. GO TO SALLY'S OR ANY OTHER BEAUTY STORE. DO NOT GO TO ALAMO BARBER AND BEAUTY SUPPLY! ...read more

Stylist Yvonne Marie said she knew how to cut my culey hair. She mentioned cutting straight and cutting round. Mentioned not cutting a certain way. I wanted a layered cut and style. Well she cut and did not style, my mistake for allowing her not to style what she had already started. But when I got home and dried I discovered why she had not styled.
