Stylist Yvonne Marie said she knew how to cut my culey hair. She mentioned cutting straight and cutting round. Mentioned not cutting a certain way. I wanted a layered cut and style. Well she cut and did not style, my mistake for allowing her not to style what she had already started. But when I got home and dried I discovered why she had not styled. My curly layered hair was boxed and looked horrible. She obviously did not have a clue how to cut curly hair.

I received a very poor hair cut. I took in a photograph to show the cut I wanted. The stylist Ashley who did my cut kept talking. I kept saying please be careful of my cowlicks if cut too short they will stand up straight. The next day I washed and it was sticking up everywhere. I called the salon Cacilia (CC for short and the owner) ask me what could she do for me and that there was nothing that could be done now because it was already cut too short and the only thing I could do at this point is to wait for it to grow.
Three wks later I received a phone call from CC, telling me how sorry she was because of the poor hair cut and that she had been told that I called about getting my hair colored and that she would be happy to color my hair for free. I told her that I'd like that and I put the offer in the back of my mind until I needed it.
