I had the misfortune in dealing with this company because of $50.00 that was an unpaid dental bill. I totally understand that this was a debt, and I was all for paying for it once I was aware of it. My fiancé also owns a collection company, so please know that I'm very familiar with how a (good) AR company is run. I called wanting clarification and the call ended with a lady yelling at me and I was left shaking and crying once the call was over. I know that these issues are never easy but I think this company needs to be aware that kindness goes a very long way. I'm so happy that I no longer have any correlation to this company. Which I think is family owned because everyone there speaks the same. Forget getting in a word inch-wise with these people. ...read more

Horrible people performing a horrible service. Very rude and unprofessional. They seem to have con artist and convicts working for them. They deseve to go live in a lepar commune. ...read more
