me and my husband were previous tenants from 839 Potomac St. house is under a land trust and she is also a liscenced realtor. so she is not supposed to misrepresent this property. be very cautious as we put over $8,000 into this house and she used a rental eviction to get us out. anyone inquiring about this property should take a second to reconsider. again it is under a land and trust she does not posses the title and she is a liscenced realtor. her realty licence information is public record. the house has major foundation issues along with major electrical and plumbing issues. she is fully aware of this along with the major framing issues so don't let her lie to you about not knowing anything about this house. the land and trust lists her husband as the trustee. dwight smith. dont fall for any misrepresentation. ...read more
