This business is advertised in the Southside Reporter. Called for repairs on a Samsung refrigerator not cooling. Technician Jay Ibanez promptly answered phone and set up appointment and asked him if he has a warranty and he said yes. He checked out fridge and said he would need to order a part and gave him a deposit. He returned and put the part and we payed for repairs. Couple of days past and fridge started to do same thing.
