We recently needed a birthday cake delivered to my parents for their 90th and 85th birthday at the Senior residence at Rio Concho Manor cafeteria during lunch. The cake was delivered on the bakery's day off, right on time for the celebration. According to my mother, it was a grand entrance and the other seniors at the table declared the cake to be absolutely delicious and much better than that other bakery in town. I have purchased casserole's and desserts from City Cafe and Bakery for approximately 7 years. The wide variety of menu items, quality and quantity of food have always been consistent and delicious. City Cafe and Bakery furnished the wedding cake for one of may daughters. The cake not only met but surpassed my expectations. The cake was five tiered and the decoration of fondant flowers, leaves and garland; outstanding work of art. The cake texture, flavor was excellent as well, and it held up well in the September sun. I have attended numerous art museum functions and receptions catered by City Cafe and Bakery and always found the same quality, attractive artistic presentation, competent staff and flavorful quality food.
