Since my family member moved in early in 2011 what was there is gone. No meetings. There used to be a big band that practiced but someone complained about the noise! Staffing is very low and they are trying to move out the frailer people. Managers used to change every 6-8 months (not necessarily a bad thing) but now they seem entrenched. Activities are limited and mundane, mostly directed by vendors hoping to get home health clients. The atmosphere is not too bad, the managers that operate and some staff are a different story. The manager's attire is slobbish to say the least, they're lazy and unhelpful. The food used to be tasteful though there were a few times I went to eat as a guest that the main chef prepared our meals and I don't understand how he aquired that position. The food was inadequate and somewhat painful to swallow. He also did not speak professionally to us. I have been there a few times when the food was simply devine, I just feel they cut corners and do not treat everyone as cordially as they should.
