I hired Industrial Envy LLC, to reupholster an old settee and paid in full on delivery. But when I had the chance to look more closely at their work, I found visible globs of glue, inconsistent seaming, poorly applied welting, puckered corners, and visibly frayed fabric (among other things). I took the settee to a local professional in hopes he could fix the problems. But after examining it, the upholsterer wrote in an email to me that, in his opinion, the upholstery job was “the worst I have seen in 19 years of doing upholstery work.” I am paying him roughly $1,200 to redo it. ...read more

I always thought that buying anything for the house anywhere except the "Big Box" was far too expensive for my pocket. NOT TRUE!! Park Row Lighting had a large selection of lights and fans for my home update. The prices were about the same as anywhere else I looked and the service was terrific!!! I was greated by a friendly person who did not seem to mind if I was spending a lot or a little. They took my order, and my money and promptly called me when my items arrived. Although I did not use their service, they even offered to install the new items (at a cost) and haul away my old lights!!
