Phil, We can not thank you enough for all the time and effort you have put into our house selling and buying experiences. You not only helped us sell our house; we had more than one offer to consider along the way. On the buying end you assisted in every way possible, including helping us find contractors for the many remodeling and updating issues we had with the house we were purchasing.
