In one week, I had my car broken into (shattered glass and all) along with 4 other cars on different days of the week. This week there has been another one to the same vehicle. Apparently there is more than one car theif that is doing these robberies. According to one of the residents, the video footage shows someone climbing the gate to get in to the apts to break in the cars! There is on site security however, he does nothing unless you page him to tow someone's car out of your assigned spot yet I'm sure he is living there rent free. There should be some sort of patrolling in the garage throughout the night. Even Richardson Police Dept discourages living here if you value your car. They come out only to tell us that this happens weekly at this complex. i moved here 2 months ago thankfully only 4 months left to live in this hole. water leaking in every bathroom! the ceiling in the shower leaking constantly the asst manager taxara the idiot tells me they do repairs by trial and error...i see many trials and too many errors. the parking is crazy, week one my car was damaged. this is not somewhere you want to live. trash is everywhere. i am counting the days of the 4 months i have left to live in this hole! ...read more

Cutters Point is 60 year old dilapidated complex and a rotten example of what an "apartment home" is supposed to be. If there was a truth in advertising law they would have to call them "craphole apartments". If you can afford a little more then you will be smart to try some place else.
