Just wanted to clarify....the last 2 reviews rated 4 stars were written by the owner's daughter, and is a complete lie. I have NEVER shaved my face. Not only that, I've been threading/waxing my face since middle school. I am not a senior in college. If I owned a business, I would be doing every thing in my power to overcompensate my mistakes to make sure my business's reputation is intact and to make sure my customer is satisfied. Not only did this business not do that, they refused a partial refund, had my yellow pages review DELETED, and wrote false comments about me.
