I hope you're reading this review before taking your car in, like i should have done. They hire the worst people in the world and do NOTHING to your car for at least 3 weeks before you have to call them to push them on. Then they lie to you and tell you that everything is going normal when it's not. They lose your file so they have no idea what's going on when you call them. I had a problem with a hail storm and took my car for repair. My biggest mistake was to give them the check because my car has been sitting there for 3 weeks and they have not touched it. When I tried to take it out they said that I could not because the car was already on the shop, they stop returning my calls, it is like they had the money they don't need to rush to fix it. I personally spoke with Bobby Leal and he lied to my face and told me that my car was going to sit there because he had more important things to do. That is outrageous! I totally not recommend this place, they just use you, and I am not sure they use original parts to replace the damaged ones. Think twice before you take your car here! ...read more
