These apartments are horrible. The manager, tammy doesn't do anything but take smoke breaks and is never available when you need to speak with her. The management caters only to certain people. They are very unprofessional. DO NOT move into these apts! You will regret it! ...read more

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD AND WONDERFUL DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE.1. Constant noise from neighbors. For such a nice looking apartment it is extremely noisy. You'd think they'd know about insulation.2. Poor air circulation. Our electric bill was always high because the bedrooms were always hot, no matter the time of year or temperature setting on the unit.3. Illusion of safety. The gates are constantly broken and there have been break-ins.4. Illusion of niceness. There are constant loud parties at the pool past the pool closing times. The police have been called out many times to disperse a crowd. 5. Threats. They threaten you with fees if you don't put the trash down the compactor chute. That's great. But if a grown woman cannot lift a heavy trash bag into the chute, then you clearly did something wrong designing it. Plus there's only ONE garbage receptacle for the entire complex. 6. My daughter lived here for 6 months and had a damaged refrigerator that was leaking chemicals - after several weeks after a non-working fridge spoiled food for several weeks due to non working fridge. My daughter got food poisoning from fridge causing improper food storage. They finally replaced with a new fridge but the manager says they put the damaged in another tenants unit. The fridge was leaking a blue substance that my daughter ill and had to go to hospital with asthma flared up from chemical irritation that the apt. maintenance used. I went over and become extremely ill as well with migraine/nausea from the odor. It took 3 days to air out and the fridge was still broke. This also caused mold spores in the carpet/pad. My daughter had to stay with us a week until this was resolved.
