I hired this firm for interview prep but they never performed an assessment first so the outcome was an hour spent for a high fee which I paid in advance, that covered interviewing 101 when I'm senior in my career! When I very politely followed up with some constructive feedback I got no reply. Eventually after getting no replies to anything I requested a PARTIAL refund by PayPal. Weeks later the Director Kim Snodgrass emailed me and made nasty, even going so far as to say I owed them money. I guess she took it personally. Not a merchant you should trust.
