Let me start off by saying that the receptionist is very un professional.\t\nthen during my hair appointment my stylist Teresa rushes me through to get to her next in client mean while she is talking and gossiping the whole time about inappropriate things and using language that I wouldnt approve of around my children. I felt rushed and then she used pretty darn skimpy of the product! And it showed!\t\nThe overall vibe of this place is cheap the receptionist is rude, and makes me feel unwlecome. The staff is fake and somewhat cold and tends to gossip about high school issues. They couldn't even remember my name, they kept calling me by another name, despite the fact I've been in on multiple occasions! I gave them a fair try, but in the end I left this place one too many times feeling cheated. I thought maybe if I left a good tip on the bill, it might win me some better customer service on future visits, but it did not seem to make any difference - at all. Also, it was obvious to me that the staff plays "favorites" with certain clients, which is not the kind of thing I want flaunted in front of me after a sub-par hair cut or bad color job. I'm not going to waste my money or time on this place anymore, and will go to a real salon from now on, even if it runs me $50 bucks more, better than paying twice to fix what they couldn't get right the first time. ...read more

They have the worst attitude, especially Loida. We made an appointment months in advance for a bridal party of 4, I was promised 3 stylist but only got 2. They took in walk-in customers ahead of us even though we had time constraints and an appointment. The brides hair looked horrible "helmet head" very stiff curls that had not been combed out. When we complained, Loida told us there was nothing they could do. My daughter (with tears in her eyes) asked another stylist to PLEASE fix it. This was her wedding day and she wanted soft curls. They fixed it but Loida had a very bad attitude and disappeared. She was insulted I guess. Our appointment was at 11:am and we didn't get out of there until 4pm. We only had 4 updos. They don't care if you have an appointment or if you are happy with their work. It would have been quicker to drive to San Antonio.
