Ordered a pool cover in December 2009. Was told there were dealys in delivery and also showed up several times to remeasure. Finally showed up in December 2010 to install. THey had some issues and said they would be back the following week - never happened. I purchased a spa from this company on August 27, 2011 and was promised several times that it would be delivered, if I could give them two more weeks. The owner contacted me on December 14 and setup a delivery date for December 26. After failing to meet the delivery this morning and not reaching anyone by phone I drove by to find an empty building with a sign saying they would reopen on January 2, 2012.
