I have shopped for 50+ years and have NEVER written a complaint, but this store deserves it. Not only was I cheated, but was treated extremely rudely. The clerk whom I purchased from was completely unhelpful when I explained to her that I did not buy western clothes, knew nothing about them and was only buying something for my daughter and husband to wear to the rodeo. BEFORE she rang up the sale, I explicitly asked her if my family did not like the clothes if I could bring them back. She said, ""Yes, as long as they have not been worn and they still have the tags on."" My family, without hesitation, said ""no way"" to the clothes. 2 days later (1 being a Sunday), I returned them, only to be met by the rudest, cockiest clerk I have EVER seen. When I pulled out my credit card, she said ""Oh, we don't give refunds, only a store credit."" Surprised, I told her about what the ""checkout"" clerk told me and she shrugged her shoulders and pointed to an itsy, bitsy sign somewhere on the very long register desk and handed me a ""store credit."" As I was leaving, she said something else extremely rude. It's not so much that the staff was unhelpful in helping me pick out stuff (kinda getting used to that these days), it was the intentional false and misleading information SHE gave me and then the arrogant, cockiness of the return clerk that makes this the WORST shopping experience ever. Other patrons have now told me that is why they quit shopping there. It seems management would have some interest in improving the quality of their sales staff..... ...read more
