I've dealt with many businesses in my line of work and I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Action Glass & Mirror that I am writing a review for them. They did several different pieces of shelves and mirrors and even a window that was very unusual. They also did a huge table top for me and are now ordering a shower door for me. They really know what they are doing and I felt like I was in expert care while they worked and ordered and gave me suggestion for some of the pieces that I wasn't sure what tto do with. I tried several different glass businesses and found that they were competitive in pricing and even cheaper on a few things but the expert care I received would have out wayed the cost if that was an issue.. Best glass business in town. I called several glass and mirror businesses and the were the best by far. Had my wondows fixed and my home secure quicker than any other business I called. They were nice and I enjoyed their service enough to take the time to write this review. I would definately recomend them for any glass or mirror needs you have. I did a background check on this Company and Man Billy Joe Jones and I found out more than I anticipated for sure. He was in prison for 2 years, has many assault convictions, harassment convictions, has not paid on his child support in years, among driving without a license, He is a drug user, And yes will steal your money for sure. So there are no allegations what so ever, it was worth the little money that I paid to do the background check on this man. I also checked with the asphalt suppliers and they won’t even rent to him so there is obviously a problem and a past there. I would not do any business with this Company at all. Billy Jones the owner of the company is pleasant and knows what he is talking about he did four of my lots and a driveway, weather permitting , ½ down and wow what a great job… it has now been a few years and need him to do more work on some more property that I have recently bought.
