I am very disappointed with this business. Took my car in for an estimate on Monday. Did not hear from them so I called back on Friday. Estimate was higher than previous one I had received byt this location was much closer. Told them to go ahead. Two more weeks went by and no word received. Called and they said they had not received the part yet. Part came in in another week (Friday). Was told the car might be ready Wednesday. Went by Wednesday aftenoon and they had not started on the car. Car was sitting outside with the window down and it was sprinking. Came back Friday. Car had some work done but mechanic was woking on another car. Went by next Wednesday and mechanic was working on the car visiting with another employee who was sitting in the car with a coke. I do not eat or drink in the car. Picked the car up the following Wednesday. It was filthy, interior and exterior. Took the car home. Problem was not fixed and there were new problems. Think I overpaid as there was just a blank amount for labor. It did not show the hours spent on the car. Took the car back the next day (Thursday). Picked up the car Monday after paying more money. Time at the shop - 49 days. Not pleased but I just wanted my car back. I will take it somewhere else to get fixed what they messed up. ...read more

This convenience store had become our favorite ""gas up and refresh"" place on our way to and from the Shreveport-Bossier area. Extra nice was the gasoline refined from American oil (supposedly), which we try our best to purchase. We stopped there on Memoria Day and the Rest Room facilities were FILTHY and STUNK horribly bad. There were two clerks behind the convenience counter, but with their displayed sultry and huffy attitude, I didn't bother to register a complaint. They could have taken turns at making sure the Rest Rooms were clean and fresh for the customers benefit. What a disapointment! With the price of fuel at unlimited and ever increasing levels, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect clean facilities. I have been in retailing and managed numerous employees and facilities.
