I was really satisfied with my service here. I went to get a tire change and they also rotated my tires. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was VERY fortunate to be near Mike's Tires when my tires suddenly went out on hwy 121. To put it simply, I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the second I walked in the door, they didn't make me feel like "just another customer." On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick my repairs were made. I didn't think it could get any better until I saw the bill. I've been in similar situations where I've had to replace multiple tires at once, and Mike's Tire's prices were VERY comforting to see... Everyone at Mike's Tire is so friendly and helpful. They helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my car. I drive all the way out there for my inspections and tire changes even though there's a tire shop right down the street from my home. Also great prices for a college student like me. I agree with all the reviews below. However, I can add a different situation to this, we purchased a car without being told it was being sold under a total loss salvage title, and when we tried to trade this car after paying on it for almost 3 years, with the dealer running the carfax, we found out that it had been in an accident at 7000 miles, and the car had no passenger airbag, and the finance company has no knowledge of the car's condition, and being sold under a total loss salvage title makes the car absolutely worthless. Also, my husband asked for a carfax three different times but was smooth talked and subject was changed and carfax was never received. I am almost sure this falls under the Deceptive Practices Act and fraud has been committed. ...read more

I have been going to Kane's for several years now, no matter what the issue is I always feel that they put my safety first. If something is wrong with the vehicle they will tell me what is wrong, what it will take to fix by quoting price and time. I would like it if they were open on Saturdays for oil changes or emergencies as my schedule does not always coincide with hours of operation. Would I suggest this business?
