Disgustingly dirty, has to be seen to be believed. Used sanitary protection at side of bed (in basket type trash can). Dead insects on floor, Dirt and grime everywhere. well while i like this salon i felt as if i was robbed as a membership customer when i sat in there saturday for over 10 minutes while watching 2 women who hadnt even signed up for a membership sign in on the list for a bed and then discuss pricing and all and while im sitting there also on the list i had to wait after these two ladies who were told to get put on a list before they even became customers? To me you would first talk to potential customers and have your members sign in to wait for a bed then if the new people sign up sign paperwork and pay then they would be added to a wait list. Am i wrong or am I right I ask you? I would think if i was running this business that my current customers would have priority and then say after a person decided, filled out paperwork and the paid would be added to the list behind others who already paid for and have been using this salon. Just didnt make sense. I then had to leave as i didnt appreciate waiting 10 minutes and then having to wait another say 20 minutes for the two women who signed up and paid after i had put my name on the list. Why would you put someone on a list who you dont even know will buy a package and make others who have given their money wait behind them. Not the way to run a business. I then went to my car and called in for the owner to leave my info for the owner to call me and the girl who said she was the manager said that i could not contact the owner had to speak only to manager. Well if the issue isnt solved with a manager shouldnt you be able to leave your info for the owenr to contact you. I wouldnt dare to ask for the owners contact info. Who would give that out. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the owner and also to know that dont think i will be renewing my package due to the way the manager took care of the situation. If i was the manager i would want to know of this and have the opportunity to explain to the customer if this is indeed her way of business practices. There was also another lady there sitting next to me who was like what is this two people can come in and get ahead of others who already have paid and been coming. Then go ahead of us. I like this tanning salon because I like to use the 6/30$$. I also like that they do military discount(10%). A lot of the other tanning places I had called about prices are alot more expensive! The people here are friendly and they have a wide range of tanning beds and products. I would def. recomend this place. Very clean too. ...read more
