The owner is a old rude lady who thinks you are doing a favor to do business with tha. Their office is on the ghetto and smell a cat urine. They have a secretary that is sllow, and not very bright who talks with a sexy line voice. They are extremely unprofessional. The property I rented with than they run the sprinkler and you pay for the water bill, my water bill was running about 300 dollars a month. They don't come and fix anything you ask, they never have time. They will come in and out your house more than once a week without prior notice. ...read more
