I would give 0 stars if I could. The new management who took over in the past few months has taken away all of the charm and functionality of the apartments. The TV and Treadmills in the gym don't work, but are left there for show for prospective renters, the weight machines are old and are difficult to use. The Pool is hardly ever cleaned and has the slight smell of pee from all of the kids with diapers on in the pool.\n\nIn addition, the management staff does not seem to care. They are a bunch of high school dropouts who make no desire or effort to know you before saying that it is "being fixed" the front gate was left fully open for a month because apparently the only part and person who could fix it was "busy." My girlfriend and I are from the Northeast and have a different area code. The management staff told us that we need to get a local phone number because their system can't handle more than 10 area codes!!\n\nAnything that you ask them to do is apparently out of their hands and they don't really seem to have the ability to do anything. Also i was 3 days late on my rent due to a series of week long trips and rather than charging a late fee (which I would have gladly paid) and being done with it, they forced me to get a money order because it is "up to their discretion to be able to ask for a money order at any time." We had high hopes that communications between boaters and management would be solved, but NO, rules change, and the secrets are maintained until boaters run afoul of the latest manager's new decrees. This has cost us personally a couple of hundred dollars, just because they failed to say they would no longer accept packages at all, whether a signature was required or not. For what it's worth, if you have a boat here, any mail you receive at 1300 Marina Bay Dr, your BoatSlip, will be stamped REFUSED, and returned. Your insurance, your drivers license, your bills, whatever. Just a word to the wise.Outside of that, parking is bad, the laundry facilities are laughable, the bathhouses are cleaned just in time for the week end crowd, and the clubhouse is incredibly noisy and uncomfortable. Some of the finger piers are just plane dangerous, with loose boards and boards that aren't even nailed down any more. There is no lighting on the south side of the west dock bathhouse.
