Elevator is in disrepair. Ongoing problem with elevator so if climbing two or three flights of stairs with your groceries etc is a problem don't move here. Maintenance is slow. Noisy restaurant below with delivery trucks early in the morning. Cigarette smokers in the hallways. Grocery carts left in hallways. Some cordial office staff but a few are in the wrong profession. Overall I would not suggest you live in this complex. Wish I would have read reviews before moving here. ...read more

By do not move here

do not move here---they will rip you off. they will over charge you when you move out(300.00 for paint and charge you for things to clean that you don't have anything to do with). the building flooded(due to taking short cuts when it was built) when i was living there and the office said it would take 4-6weeks to fix...i had construction workers banging on my wall for 4 months. they charged me to clean a/c coils and vents due to dust, when all of the dust was due to the construction going on. the construction had the halls covered in dust and it gets into the apartments so you have to clean your apartment every other day(looks like someone walked into your apartment and took a big bag of flour and threw it all over your floor). the office acts like they don't care about any of the residents. if you need something fixed-it won't happen. everyone i knew that lived there was either moving out or waiting for their lease to run out so they can run as fast as they can to get out of there. ...read more
