We have been using Yessy Moonwalks for our grandchildren's birthday parties, graduation for our childcare plus other functions for three years now and we have found them to be reliable, courteous and very affordable. We have been using Yessy's for the past 3 years to rent inflatables for both our son's and daughter's birthdays, and we have been extremely pleased. When birthday time rolls around again, we always say, "Better call Yessy's!" They take pride in the cleanliness of their inflatables, and the jumpers have always been in excellent shape. A fresh start...Part 1
I'm sitting here at my kitchen table, thinking about the life I have now, compared to that of just last year. I had been a Recruiter for a firm here in Houston. The career was wonderful, it had great perks and flexibility for my family time, and the sky was the limit on my income......Wait a minute...thats what I had hoped for, but didn't find. While the company was great, it belonged to someone else. They had their quotas and deadlines to meet, their overhead to fund and their employees to care for. I wanted more and less all at the same time. How many of you can relate to me on that?A girlfriend invited me to a make up and jewelry party. I went reluctantly. You know, to support her and to have a night out with my daughter. When I got there, I discovered it was a Mary Kay party. ARRRGH! I wanted to run. I had been suckered into that one before! It seemed like the recruiters could smell me coming! So, I sat there, quietly staring at this woman who was teaching the skin care class. She was beautiful, young and full of energy. She had her little girl with her, she wasnt more than 4 or 5 years old. I noticed throughout the class, that the recruiter would stop to answer her little girls questions and goof around with her while presenting the products all at the same time. For a moment, I began to soften. I began to envy the sheer joy I saw on both their faces. After trying a few of the products, and the liquid gold of all products, the Microdermabrasion, I decided I really liked the new line, and wanted to become a customer. When she said we would be taking turns to go into the next room for purchasing, I cringed...I knew it was coming...THE CLOSE!!!The recruiter, my friend and my daughter all sat across from me, staring, smiling.... What were they up to? I wondered. I knew it was coming, I knew she would ask me to sign up, and tell me how great I would be. Inside I was screaming NOO, dont ask the question, dont pump me up and make me feel great, dont ask me to sell this product! You see, I had a job, plus I owned 2 other companies, have 4 children was very active in my church and I mentored a large group of ladies. I was by no means going to add any thing else to my plate. FIRMLY STANDING ON THAT!!!Then she said the words I dreaded, "Its only $100 to start your own business, I see that you want the Microdermabrasion set, thats $55, so I will just through that in for FREE." After quick calculations, and realizing that I would get $323 worth of products for only $45 after the $55 FREE product....It was a no brainer.
