Unbelievable and totally unacceptable that a communication company does not have a decent website that will lead a customer to its locations, phone number and hours of operation, and that does not have the capability to put a voice recording on a line that will be out of service indicating to callers the new phone number. I give a rating of 1 only because 0 is unavailable. I have to believe the service where I am moving is better than this - it cannot be any worse. ...read more
