Poor quality. Poor service. A bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing. The place they send your clothes to are careless and clothes have to constantly be sent back for re-dos. And the company has something called "T-BAR" on their press machines that leave a stupid imprint on the front of all your shirts. If you DON'T want the T-BAR you have to tell them. Then half the time you still get it anyway. Yeah that looks real professional when I walk around in my formal work clothes with a big stupid imprint (it's not small) on the front of my shirt. I bring about 20 clothes& 2 coats there, and I asked the lady owner one of coat which can be just washed instead of dry cleaning. She threw the coat said " Go Home and Wash It!" I understand she is not good at speaking English, but without explanation, threw customer's coat, I could not accept that horrible service, I yelled that owner not to throw my coat. And then she complained not treat her like lady. I told her I just wanted be your customer, and just paid her to wash my clothes, why I had to treat you as a lady, even she did not treat me like a customer. I'm sad to say that I am now looking for a new dry cleaner. Initially, they followed their promise that if you bring the clothes in by 9, then they're done by 5. Now it takes 3 days but their sign is still up. Also, I am now paying $.50 more for each piece of clothing since once my cat decided to curl up on a dirty shirt. I've been inspecting each shirt before taking them in for the last 3 weeks and no cat hair. But the charge is still there every time. How can you charge someone just because they own a pet even when there is no hair? Don't take your clothes here unless you don't mind if your clothes get damaged. The owner will not take responsiblilty for the damage. Not only is he irresponsible, but he is very rude and will tell you the damage adds character to the clothes. He will treat you as if he was your customer, not the other way around. When he is finished telling you how YOU should have handled the situation better while reporting the damages, he will flat out tell you that he does not need your business. They might be a little cheaper and faster than other dry cleaners, but you get what you pay for.
