Poor quality. Poor service. A bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing. The place they send your clothes to are careless and clothes have to constantly be sent back for re-dos. And the company has something called "T-BAR" on their press machines that leave a stupid imprint on the front of all your shirts. If you DON'T want the T-BAR you have to tell them. Then half the time you still get it anyway. Yeah that looks real professional when I walk around in my formal work clothes with a big stupid imprint (it's not small) on the front of my shirt. And when you complain there, they are very clear they are just there to take your money. The service sucks. The employees are totally incompetent - even the young owner lady. ...read more
