The water is constantly being shut off, due to poor maintenance. They keep putting a quick fix on the pipes, like every other maintenance issue, so the water will be shut off for an entire day, multiple times. The parking is inadequate and hard on your car because of the slope and pot holes. The complex is dangerous, with drug dealers and car break-ins. The worst part is how the windows are so close to the doors that people can break it and reach in to unlock the door and steal all your stuff. My brother-in-law lives in this same complex and someone broke in during the middle of the day and stole his laptop and tv. Being close to campus, I assumed that many people who live here would be students (which there are some) but mainly it seems to be the dregs of society. The laundry is allows broken so you end up using twice as many quarters as needed to move over the clothes that you put in a broken washer/dryer, also clothes go missing from your laundry if you do not stay with them. ...read more

Mmgt not professional and are unorganized. Gates are most always open. Trash is overflowing often. Maintanence is not good. Loud noise and speeding in pkg lots not controlled. Kids are allowed to destroy property both tenants and apts. Mgmt seems to not care about compliants. I would never remmended these apts to anyone. ...read more
