I found Rani and her colleague very honest and sincere people who dealt with us with lots of patience. Their clothing are reasonably priced and they took extra care for us since we are non Indians showing us how to wear a saree and dress up appropriately for the event. There are lots of saree stores on Hillcroft and we had horrible experience at other stores but we are glad that we found Rani. I cannot believe if she could ever charged even a penny more to anyone cause she returned me the money I paid extra by mistake. ...read more

I had the worst experience here. They forced me to pay for a shirt that had a stain on it that I didn't make. They threatened me that if I didn't buy it they would call the cops. For what? I didn't do anything wrong. I am so upset and they made me feel so stupid. If you try something on they will try to find a defect on it so you have to pay for it. Bad customer service. The same thing happend to me.they charged extra which I didn't even think they dare to do this with out any notice to me.when called for explanation they are fighting.i think they have pretty good experience in cheating and fighting with a customer and playing with their emotions rather than selling stuff and being honest and polite.if you wanna buy something for your happiness stay away from this store.elders always say us one thing "stay away from bad people and things to live happy".i now strongly believe in those words.i don't have option to give 0 star otherwise I would. ...read more
