Called Cathy the owner to see if she can exchange it, told her no it's as is since you live out of town . Artisans Designs is one of the rudest places I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I was also not surprised to hear that 4 other shops I visited the same day also said Artisans Designs have a reputation for being very rude. The customer is always right has no meaning to these royals of rudeness, one shop told me of mutual customer who had just been released from the hospital and asked if she could "try on" at home and return if necessary, she was rudely told "NO" Even the airlines give you 24 hours. Why be so nasty Artisans Designs?I could not find one person in the Village who had anything thing nice to say about " Artisans designs" other shoppers and shop owners all said the same thing.
