4 Guys Interactive is a horrible business! It's not the fault of their employees, but rather the CEO Troy Burwell. Troy has built the guise of his business to appear to the public, potential clients and existing clients as a full-blown company with multiple programmers, developers and other positions. In reality, 4 Guys Interactive barely stays afloat with ONE developer and ONE programmer! This is one of the major reasons Troy cannot keep up with current clients, let alone new ones. Add to that the fact that Troy is more concerned with his other endeavors like advertising and his status among other Houston business owners and the Chamber of Commerce plus a frequent turnover rate of programmers and developers. Basically, he is perfectly content with aquiring new clients and taking their money, but will come up with many excuses as to why clients have major issues with their websites. How do I know all of this? I was once on the inside of this business. I witnessed these problems on a daily basis. I was in a position that allowed me to witness all of the events firsthand. Everything from taking on new clients, promises made, the major project setbacks, the excuses to clients and the prioritization of projects based on the total project costs. If you are looking for a company to build and maintain your business website, then please look elsewhere. For potential employees of 4 Guys Interactive, beware! You will be expected to run the kingdom, but not given the keys to the castle. Most of the problems happen because the CEO is rarely there and expects others to solve them without having access to necessary remedies. When he is there, be prepared to hear a bunch of complaining about other employees, completely unprofessional work environment, and unlawful restrictions concerning inter - personnel communication. There is so much more to tell, but I just want to provide potential clients and employees the basic horrors behind their doors. I highly recommend doing some research on the CEO to see what other endeavors he is involved with. Hudson Manor in Lufkin, TX is owned and operated by Artisan American Corp. This is the worse place to live. Management shows favoritism to several resident here. They have lied about everything from day one from utilities to the amount of rent. Which now they are going up on the rent. They were told by the state of TX that the were charging to much rent. The first move ins were paying 20 dollars to much. The new renters got in with the minus 20 dollars, but now they are going up on every one regardless of what the state sets the price at.
