Hudson Manor in Lufkin, TX is owned and operated by Artisan American Corp. This is the worse place to live. Management shows favoritism to several resident here. They have lied about everything from day one from utilities to the amount of rent. Which now they are go...ing up on the rent. They were told by the state of TX that the were charging to much rent. The first move ins were paying 20 dollars to much. The new renters got in with the minus 20 dollars, but now they are going up on every one regardless of what the state sets the price at. Hudson Manor in Lufkin is suppose to be for people 55 only.They have the worse public relations. Management is rudeand hateful to the elderly people living in this complex. They forcedmost people to sign a second lease which is illegal in the state of TX.Management tel...ls you if you don't like it move.
