Shelia lied straight to my face! I walked into the store to upgrade my phone and Shelia sold me a tablet for 99 cents, a $10/month charge and a $100 rebate. When asked about additional fees, she said there were none. When I got my bill, there was a $40 activation fee and no rebate. Unacceptable selling tactic to say the least. I've tried several ways to fix the issue with no success and when I went int the store she refused to admit she sold it that way. The dishonesty is unappreciated. I am switching to sprint.
