The manager here runs this place like a boot camp. There are SO many rules about when & where you can be out that you never get to socialize with other renters. Not to mention they want to nickle & dime you but will do the very least when it comes to helping. You have to pay for your own plmber for Godsake!! They try to cgarge $400 PER dog then tell you that you have to pay for carpet renewal when you move!. Oh here is the best part, your dogs are not allowed to use the restroom ON PROPERTY!!!! He (the manager) constantly sends emails promising to eve4ct anyone they see throwing their butts down. I hate yhem laying all over the ground too but COME ON already!!! Alot of the AC units are old & donot keep the house clean so dont thin you will sleep comfy! Cant wait till our lease is up. Oh, dont even think of moving out bc these and MANY other bad conditions b4 lease is up.
