Bert, the owner, is a master... the first time he provided us with service, we did not have to have anyone back for several years, literally. When we finally needed his services again, he advised that it might take a couple of days for his system to take complete control. Nothing, it turns out, could be further from the truth and in a good way!!! We had a huge fire ant problem, and they had burrowed under the house.
